No Birthday for Big Bird

Just because Google has it's doodle today showing Big Bird's legs in place of the 'l', some folks are erroneously reporting that it's Big Bird's birthday.

In fact, it isn't.

The Google doodle is meant as the first in a series of doodles depicting Sesame Street characters, leading up to the 40th Anniversary of Sesame Street on November 10th.

Big Bird's birthday is actually March 20th.
